Spines have four flat raisedbands with gilt designs on the bands. All volumes have two maroon leather labels with the series titled in gilt on the top label. The bottom label has volume number and major poem(s) in gilt letters. Blind stamped design in other compartments. All edges of covers have rolled design in leather. Grey endsheets with heraldic bookplate behind front cover. Titles pages each have vinette. Title pages notably foxed, sporadic foxing elsewhere with most other pages & plates generally clean and unfoxed.
