Bound in blue cloth boards with gilt titles present to the spine. Boards have light shelf-wear present to the extremities. Previou sowner's name present to the FFEP. Text is clean and free of marks. Binding tight and solid. A very interesting study of Naval capabilities in the Pacific (principally US and Japanese) written in the 1920s. Perhaps most interesting is the material on the Japanese Navy, it's ships, construction, training, provisioning, number of personnel, number of ships, historical capabilities and probable future capabilities. It also covers the political issues in the USA with regards to the Japanese, including Japanese immigration to the USA. EB; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
