Sharp corners. Pages are crisp, clean and unmarked - apparently seldom, if ever read. 1969. This is the first volume only. [Volume 2 was published in 1973]. Subtitle: "Selected addresses by Leonard Spacek looking toward the development of sound accounting principles and a more mature public accounting profession." 7.25" wide by 10.25" tall.
