About This Item

New York, NY: Grosset and Dunlap, 1940. Hardcover. Good/Good. An acceptable tweed copy of this title, showing heavy wear to the corners (especially the top) like it was seriously smushed at some point. Internal lists to Black Flower, placing this copy circa 1956. No writing, very clean; endpapers are bright green and lovely. Jacket lists to Black Flower on front flap and to Nancy Drew Witch Tree Symbol on the back. Wrap dust jacket is damaged; both flaps are detached from main jacket but are present. Re-assembled and preserved in Brodart making it displayable. Color on the jacket is unusually bright and pretty.
