Volume I: engraved frontis of Charles II, [xiv], 80, 80, 80, 64, 80; Volume II: [x], 80, 392. 11 x 17.2 cm; 4.3 x 6.75 inches. Previous owner's name to title pages and an attractive inscription to the preface page of volume I.
