Laid in at the front are two handwritten letters to Michael Black, along with a stapled set of A4 sheets, computer-printed with Sale's handwritten corrections, of three further poems: "Darby And Joan / Sculptures Observed"; "Is This Joan? A Plea to Bevis"; "St Joan? (& Darby)". Good in Good jacket. Text has a small stain on its top, near the fore-edge. Jacket a little tanned at the edges. [Arthur Sale (1912-2000), Tutor in English at Magdalene College, Cambridge, and poet; Michael H. Black (1928-2022), author, literary critic and publisher at the Cambridge University Press.] 1858216508
