Macmillan and Co. Ltd., London, 1916. Hardcover. Very Good. Fully bound in blue morocco, 5 raised bands, top edges gilt. The volume is nicked at the cortners, rubbed on the joints, and the spine is lightly to moderately sunned. There is perimeter offsetting to the pale blue endpapers from the gilt stamped perimeter pastedowns and offsetting to the verso of the half title page (facing the title page) from the small bust portrait of Hardy which is incorporated as part of the title page. The pages have some light perimeter toning. A very presentable copy of this work.
