Rebound in grey cloth over tan pase paper boards, original spine strip retained, 8vo, 422pp. A solid copy of this collection of writings and letters by Vice-Admiral Lord Collingwood notable as a partner with Lord Nelson in several of the British victories of the Napoleonic Wars. (fading, wear, toning and dulling to outer extremities, toning and browning to page edges, foxing throughout, staining to text block at lower corner affecting the margins at the corner, light foxing and toning to fold out frontis chart).
