Madison, Wi: Democrat Printing Company, 1929. HB. Limp red leather, gilt lettering on front cover, 16 mo, 218 pp. "Rules of the Senate, and Joint Rules with Extracts from Jefferson's Manual, Precedents of the Senate, and Notes." O. (Oliver) G. (Goldsmith) Munson (1856-1933) was Chief Clerk of the Senate. Presentation copy, signed by the author. Munson was editor of the Vernon County Censor, a Viroqua, Wisc. newspaper from 1885 to 1920, served two terms in the Wisconsin Senate, and was Chief Clerk of the Senate from 1915-1923 and from 1927 to 1931. No marks in book, binding tight. Covers show slight edge wear, soiling. Book condition VG. Very scarce title.
