New York: Prentice-Hall, 1945. Very Good+ in a Very Good dustjacket. Bound in full tan cloth. Both the spine and the front board are stamped in green. 322pps. There is mild bumping to the extremities and a bit of dustspotting atop the textblock. Also, a previous owner's name is neatly penned at the bottom of the ffep. Otherwise clean, tight, square, and bright. No apparent reading wear. The first-issue dustjacket, glossy in a mylar sleeve, has shallow chipping at the spine-ends and a couple of closed tears on the front panel. The spine and the rear jacket-panel are slightly sun-darkened. Also, there is a very small store label on the front flap; the original price (2.75) is, however, intact. Overall, a clean and presentable copy in the scarce dustjacket. This is the first Alcoholics Anonymous novel with liquor as its central theme.
