About This Item
London: Hutchinson, 1933. First Edition. First Edition.
One of British writer H.G. Wells' most influential works, about a dystopian Europe that has been overtaken by plague and war. Basis for the 1936 film "Things to Come," directed by William Cameron Menzies and starring Raymond Massey and Edward Chapman.
Very Good plus in a Very Good dust jacket. Slight spine lean. Jacket is faded on the spine and front panel, with moderate rubbing overall and a few chips at the spine ends and corners (titling unaffected).
