About This Item

New York: G. Schirmer, 1910. Softcover. Good. Later printing. Folio. Two nested bifoliums making eight pages. Outer bifolium nearly separated along the fold, owner name in pen on the top of the front cover, light edgewear, and offsetting and rubbing to the exterior, a complete and good or better copy. For voice and piano. Plate number, 13792. The rear cover features short samples of "Val?ik," "Polka-Caprice," "Arabesque," and "Intermezzo." This is Cora Decker Sargent's most beloved song and was performed at the Proms in England on September 28, 1900. *OCLC* locates only two holdings and it appears to be equally scarce in the trade.
