Association copy, inscribed by the author to Hall Caine (Dante Gabriel Rossetti's Biographer) on the front wrapper. Octavo. xviii, 124 pages. Publisher's paper binding in original printed wrappers with yap edges, page edges untrimmed. Wrappers rubbed, backstrip and edges frayed and loosened, spine ends tattered with some paper loss, light marginal creasing. Very good internally.
