Very Good+ in Good DJ: The Book shows a thin line of sunning to the bottom edge of the quarter cloth; just a touch of rubbing to the lower extremtiies; the binding is square and secure; the text is clean. Free of creased or dog-eared pages in the text. Free of any underlining, hi-lighting or marginalia or marks in the text. Free of ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, or labels. A handsome copy, structurally sound and tightly bound, showing minor imperfections. The DJ shows a two inch by one inch chip at the bottom of the front panel; tiny chips at the tops of the hinges; light wear to the corner tips and a 1" closed tear at the top of the front panel and another shorter tear at the bottom edge of the rear panel; the price has not been clipped; mylar-protected. Overall, remains clean and presentable but not of course without flaw. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. Oblong 8vo (8.25 x 10.35 x 0.4 inches). Profusely illustrated with Photographs by The Gibsons of Scilly. Language: English. Weight: 16.5 ounces. Turqoise boards with black quarter cloth and gilt titles at the backstrip.
