A Russian assassin captured by the Americans escapes prison on the eve of a Russian Premier's visit to Washington DC. For help, the officer responsible for letting the assassin escape turns to the (nearly-crazy) agent who first caught him.
Yellow titled wrappers. Title page present, dated September 1989, noted as Third Draft, with credits for screenwriters Harris and Weingrod. 114 leaves, mechanically reprduced. Pages Fine, wrapper Near Fine, bound with two gold brads.
