New York: Criterion Books, 1956. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Signed by Author(s). First Edition. Inscribed to friends on the half title page and signed "Fondly, Osborn". This semi-autobiographical novel is the only book written by the Jazz Trombonist. When the book is opened to the signed page there is creasing to the left edge of the page, and a 1" tear to the top of the front hinge. Binding is not torn - the text block is securly attached. The jacket is worn and soiled with large chips and tears. 448 pgs..
