Illustrator: Photographic. acknowledgements, 2 appendices and reproductions of newspaper articles. Ochre coloured endpapers. The text is illustrated with numerous black and white photographs. Black coloured boards with white illustrations on the front board and white writing on the spine. Rubbing to the head and to the heel of the backstrip and the spine is slightly cocked.
