Large quarto, 191 pages with a fully illustrated catalogue of the artist's 217 known works (small black and white illustrations) plus 61 colour plates (one folding). Three-quarter blue morocco and gilt-decorated cloth, with contrasting leather labels on the spine; spine sunned (to olive green), with the lettering a little hard to read; leather and cloth on the sides a little mottled; an excellent copy with the slipcase a little scuffed and marked. Number XIX of the deluxe edition of only 25 copies, in a total edition of 1000 copies, all signed by the author.
