Publisher's grey card covers with titles in brown to the upper cover and spine. A very good copy, the binding firm, the cover rubbed, nicked, creased and toned at the spine and extremities, the spine with some closed tears and small chips which have been repaired with two small pieces of tape. The contents are clean throughout and without stamps or inscriptions. Uncommon in proof state. The basis for the 2009 Oscar nominated film starring Colin Firth, Julianne Moore and Nicholas Hoult.
