New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1895. Revised edition. White boards richly decorated in gilt with blue trim, top edge gilt, dark blue endpapers, 294 pages with illustrated borders, satin ribbon detached and laid in. Boards darkened, rear waterstained on top one-third. Cracked along hinge at ffep else binding firm. Ffep lightly chipped along edges, following page removed, watermark (2 inch) on inner edge of frontispiece. Tissue covering illustrations darkened, water stain on inner half of page 92 and 272, closed tear (1.5 inch) on page 159 and along fore edge on page 253. Occasional small marks and light chipping on fore edge throughout. Overall, very good minus. Note: heavy book.. Hard Cover. Very Good Minus/No DJ. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
