(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), 7 7/8 x 11 1/8 inches tall pale green cloth hardcover, no dust jacket, dark green design and lettering to front cover and spine, top page edges green, engraved color frontispiece with tissue guard, illustrated with 254 black-and-white photographs and drawings, xx, 303 pp. Slight to moderate soiling, rubbing and edgewear to covers, with creasing and sun fading to spine. Small stain to title page. Tiny early 20th century Los Angeles architectural bookstore label to lower margin of front pastedown. Otherwise, a very good to near fine copy - clean, bright and unmarked.
