Includes index, bibliography and extensive appendices with numerous folding genealogical charts some 4,5 and 6 fold. A very tight fresh copy. Endpapers restored and neatly rebacked by Persephone Bindery, with 90% of original spine laid down. Interior fresh and clean and all foldouts in fine undamaged condition. Overall very good. A very attractive copy of a scarce and important title..
