Loosely inserted is a "RSVP" card for a March 8, (1938) meeting of the Typophiles, signed by Updike and with his hand-written address and note to Paul Bennett. A near fine copy with slight wear enclosed in a fine specially-made quarter black morocco and black buckram drop-back box with spine label.
