Boston: James R. Osgood, 1876. Hardcover. Near Fine. First edition, Holiday Edition (there was also a "Household Edition", with no established priority). Edited by John Greenleaf Whittier and Lucy Larcom. Contemporary half pebble-grain morocco and papercovered boards. All edges gilt. Corners and spine ends a little rubbed, else near fine. *BAL* does not appear to described the binding, so we cannot determine if this has been rebound, or whether this binding in standard for the Holiday Edition. all edges are gilt on our copy, while *BAL* notes only the top edge gilt, so we are inclined to believe it is rebound. *BAL 11341.*.
