Culinary Arts Press, 1939-01-01. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Softbound pamphlet inside decorated wooden covers. Wire rings have been replaced by twist ties. This is the original 1939 cookbook with 322 recipes, not the 1967 version (where many racially charged references were removed). Book in very good condition with only slight tanning due to aging, and a small spot at top of back cover. Wooden covers have only mild wear; the decoration is still bright.
