Fine with no dust jacket (as issued). #253 of 1500 copies. Dark blue leatherette boards with bright gilt lettering and decorations on spine and front board. Photographic endpapers, many illustrations (most in color); 111 pages. This is two volumes in one: the first volume is a condensation of the original history published in 1977 (first 23 pages) and the remainder is a history of the next 15 years.
