Glendale, California: Arthur H. Clark Company. Very Good-. 1931. Hardcover. Complete set of 12 volumes. Original red cloth bindings. There is shelf wear to the spine edges. The corners on a couple of the volumes have some rubbing and slight bumping. Most of the volumes have only light wear. There is light fading to some of the spines, but not serious. Overall a very nice set with tight bindings and clean pages. A rare and important Western Americana reference set. The volumes in the set are titled as follows: 1-Journal of a Santa Fe Trader; 2-Frontier Life in the Army; 3-A Soldier Under Kearny & Doniphan; 4-Marching With the Army of the West; 5-Southern Trails to California in 1849; 6-Wah-To-Yah and the Taos Trail; 7-Exploring Southwest Trails 1846-1854; 8-Cattle Trade of the West and Southwest; 9-Pike's Peak Guide Books; 10-Colorado Gold Rush 1858-1859; 11-Overland Routes to the Goldfields 1859; 12-Analytical Index ; Complete Set .
