First fold separated and reinforced with tape on verso. Light wear else. Pictorial souvenir for the tiny town of Beatrice, Nebraska, located in the southeast corner of the state. Includes street views and residences, as well as churches and schools -- forty-seven images total. The rear pastedown contains an ad for William H. Hoffstot, bookseller and stationer, and dealer in the present souvenir album. We locate a single copy in OCLC, at the Denver Public Library.
