Head and tail of spine pushed and toned; occasional fox mark throughout : edges of block age toned and foxed; age toned band to endpapers; 2cm open tear to head of jacket at spine and front; 1cm open tear to tail of jacket spine; 4cm closed tear to front jacket sleeve. Sowers in the Wind was a price winner in the Sydney Morning Herald Literary Competitions in 1949.
