Thomas Y. Crowell & Co, 1973. Hardcover. Very Good in Good dust jacket/Good. Signed, dated, and inscribed to a named individual by Dr. Menninger at the front free endpaper. Clean, crisp pages; square, secure binding; full cloth cover shows softening and creasing at the spine heel, light dust staining at the head and heel edges, and a bit of rubbing at corners, otherwise excellent; dust jacket bears some fading over the spine, toning at the upper rear, a thin band of surface chips at the spine heel, and some small edge creases, particularly at the top of the front interior flap, at the spine ends, and at the top rear, otherwise clean and well-kept, unclipped, now protected in a clear sleeve.; Signed by Author.
