Due to the extreme weight of this book, postage will have to be determined at time of ordering. This book is in Very Good+ condition and has a Very Good- dust jacket. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. There is some beginning bumping and rubbing to the spine ends and corners of the book covers. The text pages are clean and bright. There is remainder speckling to the bottom edge of the text block. The dust jacket has several edge tears and nicks. There are a couple of pieces of clear tape to the reverse of the dust jacket over tears. "Airline pilot Pan American World Airways, New York City and Berlin, 1965-1986. Pilot, captain United Airlines, Washington, since 1986. Member airworthiness committee International Civil Aviation Organization, Montreal, 1970-1979.
