Included with the book is a "Bantam News" publicity release about the book stating that the book's announcement would be "Embargoed" until November 8th, and it would be published on November 10th. Gilt lettering on black covers in a red pictorial dust jacket. 8vo, 455pp. 1/4" X 3/4" triangular piece torn from the bottom edge of the half-title page.
