Octavo; 318pp. Illustrated dust jacket with $7.95 price intact; book in blue cloth with gilt lettering. Jacket tugged with small tears and creases at spine ends, a bit rubbed along edges and scuffed down joints. Boards lightly edgeworn and nudged at spine ends. Spine a bit cocked. Spotting to bottom of textblock near spine. Another (ownership?) inscription reading "William E. _?_ / Quarter Minus" on front free endpaper. Opens easily and creakily between gatherings, but binding is still secure. Pages unmarked.
