Acknowledgements, list of illustrations, preface by author, appendix, notes and index. Between pages 132 and 133 there are 16 pages of black-and-white photographs. Photographic paperback binding with red, silver and white coloured titles to the front panel and black and white coloured titles to the back strip. On 23 May 1945 Heinrich Himmler committed suicide while in Allied hands at the end of World War II, or so history records. Then why did Kim Philby, at the time MI6s most talented secret agent, question this historical fact?
