Book is laminated and has a jacket with a closed tear(no loss of paper-no tape or glue) on top front panel and some light shelf wear at the bottom of jacket. Small stain on back of jacket. Jacket now covered with a mylar sleeve. Book interior has white slick higher quality paper. 219pp., many early b&w photos and illustrations, lists of tugs and towing vessels, ferries in the Jacksonville area, Savannah and Charleston Steamboats to Florida.
