(Harry) Snell (1865-1944) was a British politician, socialist, and member of the National Secular Society who served in government under Ramsay MacDonald and Winston Churchill, and as the Labour Party's leader in the House of Lords in the late 1930s; James H. (Henry) Leuba (1868-1946) was an American psychologist best known for his contributions to the psychology of religion; David Saville Muzzey (1870-1965) was an American historian whose history textbooks were widely used; accused of being a "Bolshevik" by the Better America Federation, he served as senior leader of the New York Society for Ethical Culture. .
