New York: Fifth Avenue Committee, 1978. [8p] includes covers, 5.5x8.5 inches, cast, crew, bios of the two principals and musicians, lightly-used playbill on light blue stock. FAC is an organization dedicated to affordable housing, workforce placement, adult education etc. Incorporated in 1978. This was a program to raise funds. The names of the authors of the musical (correct title is: "I Do! I Do!") were not printed but the director/star/producer Dennis Wood is quite prominent and repeated.
