Slight age darkening to covers & pages, dust jacket shows darkening with edge chips & small piece missing on upper spine of dust jacket. Small "Blackwells" sticker inside cover, last page uncut. BINDING & HINGES TIGHT. Includes: Publisher's original advertising card, Blackwell's Sales Invoice and a Customs Slip - all laid in.
