The film starred Zero Mostel and Kim Novak. 150 leaves, including an unnumbered stenographic department cover sheet and the title page, numbered to 144, with a number of combined and added leaves. The original version, dated 8/26/1968 and printed on light green paper, has been revised with sheets printed on varying colors of blue.
