Flat signed by the editor Duncan Lunan to the front endpaper and presented to Graham 'all the best from Duncan'. Dated 1993. Original publisher's blue boards - gilt embossed to the spine. The tail of the spine bumped and bumps to the upper two board corners with light associated creasing to the overlying jacket. The jacket has not been price-clipped. A well preserved, bright, clean, tight flat signed presentation copy.
