About This Item

Viking. ** 1ST EDITION THUS, 1989, VIKING PRESS ** FINE HARDCOVER ** FINE DUSTJACKET ** CLEAN AND STAIN-FREE ** INTERNALLY UNMARKED ** NOT A LIBRARY BOOK ** WITH MAPS ** Published by Viking, 1st Edition 1st Printing 1989 (Preceded by a limited number published by Lilliput Press in 1986), 298 pages, with maps at the end of the book. Pages are a bit age-toned due to quality of paper used at the time of publication (virtually all copies of this hardcover edition have this problem). There is a thin remainder line on the bottom exterior page edges. The book has no other flaws and otherwise appears As New, boards still crisp and fresh. Dustjacket looks like new, no notable defects. The book is quite clean and stain-free, square and straight, very firm and tight in its binding, no pages are loose, missing, or torn. The hinges are sound and undamaged, corners are sharp and not bumped. All pages are clean and stain-free, age-toned, but all text is sharp and legible. The dustjacket is clean, stain-free, and unmarked, complete and intct, no tears, no creases, no pieces missing, no edgewear. Buy with confidence, professional booksellers for 35 years, selling online since 1995. B37. . Fine. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 1st Printing. 1989.
