London: George Allen,. Hardback. xi414+397pp. 21 plates drawn by the author, some in colour. further integral black and white illustrations throughout. Green cloth with gilt titles to spine is rubbed to spine ends and spine edges and is very slightly bumped to points. Externally clean. volume two is cracked to the front hinge but binding reamins sound. Good+ set . Hardback. 1900.
