Washington, D.C: CISPES (Committee in Solidarity with the People of El Salvador). Offered is an original brochure published in 1988 by CISPES (Committee in Solidarity with the People of El Salvador) out of Washington, D.C. entitled "A Policy of Terror: U.S. Support for Salvadoran Death Squads." Measuring 7" by 8-1/2" and containing four pages including front and rear covers. With two interior photographs, one of a young man who was murdered, the brochure begins with a quote from Maria Julia Hernandez, Director of the Legal Aid Office of the Archdiocese of San Salvador: "Every day we receive requests to look for the disappeared, and to investigate assassinations and a whole series of human rights violations by the death squads."
