House Office Building, Washington, DC: The United States Constitutional Sesquicentennial Commission, 1937. Soft cover. Near Fine/No Jacket. 6 x 9 1/4. Black leatherette cover has faded gild lettering and eagle emblem on front. Front board slightly wrinkled at both corners of the fore-edge. Minute loss of black covering over the cloth at top and bottom of spine. Un-flawed color image on page before title page. (see photo). Pages 30 &31 have slight paper damage where they were separated at fore-edge. All pages are unmarked. Front and back paste-down papers show some discoloration due to glue.
