Good hardcover (Scribner's, 1950, 312 pages) in dust jacket, as pictured; pages tight and unmarked; binding sound and square; fair dust jacket has small chips at spine-ends and at front fore-edge corners, damp-stains at edges of jacket back as well as top and bottom edges of back inside flap; jacket is now in mylar protector, but book is NOT a library discard; light damp-stain on top edge near fore-edge corner and at top part of fore-edge; pages unaffected by dampness except to a tiny extent at the top edge of a few early pages and at the edges of the color frontispiece, which is printed on different paper stock; previous owner's name on front paste-down endpaper; minor vertical crease near gutter of 3 early pages; on its way to you the same or next day in bubblewrap; email confirmation; standard (media) mail takes 4-14 days; expedited (priority) mail takes 2-5 days; international orders go by airmail (6-10 days).
