Joseph George Cupples: Boston, 1891. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. This is a problem copy due to the condition, but scarce and sold as such. Quarto, 10 3/4" tall, x + 364 + xviii pages + 72 illustrated black and white plates, with color and black and white illustrated plates, decorative quarter-leather over green cloth. A good minus hard cover overall, with moderate shelf wear and rubbing at the fore-corner tips, generally clean, BUT back strip missing, both covers loose,endpapers loose, internal binding solid, paper lightly yellowed. Because of the larger size and weight, this volume will require some additional postage.

Avenue Victor Hugo has also recently been featured in "New Hampshire magazine," "The Boston Globe," UNH's "The New Hampshire," "The New Hampshire Union Leader," and "Foster's Daily Democrat."
Our store is open Fridays & Saturdays from 10am to 6pm in Lee, New Hampshire, less than 10 minutes from the University of New Hampshire.
