Soiling to dj, with chipping heaviest at corners. Speckled discoloration at top edge of text block. Otherwise clean, binding sound. One of one thousand copies. Firsthand account of the Suffragette movement in Rhode Island. Algeo later became the first woman to run for RI senate as an Independant candidate.
