Foreword by Jules Bacon, Mr. America 1943. Edited, with and introduction, by Robert Mainardi. Illustrated throughout with silver-print, black and white, sepia and color photographs. Stated first edition / first printing with full number line. Title page shows presentation to former owner, signed. Signature illegible, albeit we queried the owner of the collection after the purchase and he said it was the editor, Mainardi - last name is only an M with a long line and flourish at the end. See scan, selling as private gift inscription. A clean, fresh unmarked (but for gift inscription and signature) copy. Dust-jacket like new in Brodart cover. Fine in a fine dust-jacket. .
