About This Item
Chicago: Evans University. Very Good. 1916. 1st. 3-ring binder. Technically not a 3-ring binder, because in lieu of rings 3 bolts are used. Some edges of the text are ragged due to them not being trimmed evenly by bindery/printer, but this is a minor detail to the overall sound condition of the work. ; Scarce in 1st edition. Apparently a correspondence course consisting of 15 chapters on how to become a Finger Print Expert. Black and white illustrations, diagrams and photographs. A companion volume is entitiled, "A Study of Finger Prints" on its cover with the title page reading: "Secret Intelligence Service; concise Instruction in Modern Methods employed in The Development of Civil and Criminial Cases by American and Foreign Secret Service Operators." Check this database for its availability. Note: The titile page of this work uses "in Finger Prints," while the cover says, "of Finger Prints." ; Textbook; Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 440 pages .
