About This Item
London: Pavilion Books Ltd, 1983. Hardcover. Fine. Hardcover. Inscribed by both authors, who designed Princess Diana's wedding dress. David Emmanuel is the creative director and host for the TV series "Say Yes to the Dress" Uk edition. "Famous for their magical and timeless fashions, [the authors] have pioneered the new romantic look for women of all ages ... The book is divided into four sections, each epitomising a season of the year - from the subtlety of the new-leaf green of spring, with tulle, lace and garlanded dresses, to the hollyberry red and white drama of the winter snow queen. To introduce each section David and Elizabeth have created original dresses worn for teh first time by personalities who for them personify each particular seasonal spirit" (jacket).
